This privacy policy (“Policy”) provides detail on how we Wochit Inc., our affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Wochit”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collect, process and use data from: (i) visitors to our site available at: www.wochit.com (“Site” or “Website”); or (ii) our registered customers (“Customers”) using our video creation and editing platform (“Service(s)”) (both the visitor and the Customer may be referred herein as “you” or “user”). Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in our Terms and Conditions available at: https://www.wochit.com/terms-and-conditions.
This Policy explains what data we may collect from our users, how such data may be used or shared with others, how we safeguard it and how you may exercise your rights related to your Personal Data, among others, and where applicable, as required according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).

What Data Is Collected by Us and for What Purposes?
Depending on your interaction with us (meaning, if you are just browsing our Site, or if you are a registered Customer), we may collect two types of data you, as follows:
“Personal Data”, means information which identifies or may with reasonable effort identify an individual, including online identifiers, as detailed below.
“Non-Personal Data”, means non-identifiable aggregated data, such as technical data transmitted by the user’s device and aggregated use of the Site. This data is not used to identify individuals.
Non-Personal Data Processed by Us
We collect Non-Personal Data regarding use of the Site and the Services, such as technical and aggregated data about you, including: type of browsers; type of operation system; type of device; time and date you access the Site and use the Services; users’ navigation and actions in the Site; language preference; country level location. Non-Personal Data is used mainly for click stream analysis in order to provide, maintain, develop and enhance our Site and Services, including among others, in order to measure and understand the level of engagement with the Services, for general business analytics for ensuring the technical functioning of our network, to help prevent fraudulent use of the Services, etc.

We log crashes, interaction with the Services, how often you use the Service, how long you are on the Service, your purchases, etc. |

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
We acknowledge that different people have different privacy concerns and preferences. Our goal is to be clear about what information we collect so that you can make meaningful choices about how it is used. We allow you to exercise certain choices, rights, and controls in connection with your information. Depending on your relationship with us, your jurisdiction and the applicable data protection laws that apply to you, you have the right to control and request certain limitations or rights to be executed.

How We Protect Information
We take great care in implementing and maintaining the security of Company’s Site, Services and your information. We employ industry standard procedures and policies to ensure the safety of our users’ information and prevent unauthorized use of any such. We have implemented technical, physical and administrative security measures to protect the Personal Data. Children Privacy and Data
The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of sixteen (16). Accordingly, we do not use the website to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of sixteen (16). We request that such individuals do not provide Personal Data. Data Transfer
We may store or process your Personal Data in the EU, the United States or in other countries. Thus, any information you provide us may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country from which you accessed our Services. We will take appropriate measures to ensure that your Personal Data receives an adequate level of data protection upon its transfer. When Personal Data that was collected within the EEA is transferred outside the EEA, we will take necessary steps in order to ensure that sufficient safeguards are provided during the transferring of such Personal Data. You may exercise your rights, where applicable, to receive information regarding the transfer mechanism that was used during such transfer. Personal Data transferred outside the EEA is transferred, in all cases pursuant to standard contractual clauses approved by the European Union (“SCCs“). Additionally, following the withdrawal of the United Kingdom (UK) from the European Union on January 31, 2020, the UK is no longer considered to be a part of the EEA and therefore, the transferring of Personal Data from the EEA to the UK will also be subject to the SCCs or other contractual clauses that will ensure the security of the Personal Data (pending an adequacy decision from the European Commission).
